IntoSM ("we," "our," or "us") is a social media management platform operated by JG Computing. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide directly (name, email, workspace details).
• Profile and content information from social platforms you connect (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest), limited to what's needed to display your connected accounts and publish content on your behalf.
• Access tokens issued by those platforms when you authorize a connection, stored encrypted at rest.
• Basic usage data needed to operate the product (e.g. activity logs within your workspace).

How we use it

We use this information solely to provide the service you've asked for: publishing and scheduling content to the accounts you connect, showing you analytics for those accounts, and letting you manage your workspace. We do not sell your data or your connected platforms' data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the social platforms you explicitly connect, and only to carry out actions you request (like publishing a post). We use Supabase as our database and infrastructure provider.

Data retention and deletion

You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Platforms page, which removes its stored access token. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Security

Access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest. Access to your workspace's data is restricted to members you've added to it.
