IntoSM stores only what it needs to publish on your behalf, bring your comments and messages into one place, and show you how your accounts performed. You can remove that data at any time, at three different levels.
Open the Platforms page in your workspace and disconnect the account. Its stored access token is deleted immediately and we stop receiving anything further from it.
You can also remove IntoSM from the platform's own settings — under Apps and Websites on Facebook or Instagram, or the equivalent screen elsewhere. The platform notifies us and we delete the connection and its token. If the platform sends you back here with a confirmation code, that is what the message above is.
To remove your whole workspace — posts, scheduled content, media library, connected accounts, messages and analytics — email privacy@intosm.com from the address your workspace is registered to. We confirm the request, delete everything within 30 days apart from records we are required to keep for accounting, and write back when it is done.
Anything about a request in progress can go to privacy@intosm.com.
